横浜の「みなとみらいエリア」の中心「横浜ランドマークプラザ」１階に
お店がある『スープストックトーキョー （Soup Stock Tokyo）』です。
日曜日に、横浜みなとみらいホールで開催されたコンサートが終了した後で
『スープストックトーキョー 横浜ランドマークプラザ店』に寄ってみました。
日曜日の午後は、「みなとみらいエリア」は大混雑です。
『ええっ、こんなお店がどうして混雑しているのだろう。』
と思うお店でさえ、なんと20人の大行列です。
幸いにも、『スープストックトーキョー 横浜ランドマークプラザ店』は
顧客の回転が速いためか、行列は短かったです。
≪ ラッキーでした。≫
日曜日の『スープストックトーキョー』、空いているので狙い目です。(笑い)
ところで、今回注文したのは『東京ボルシチ、【490円】』です。
でも、「ボルシチ」の前に、ワザワザ「東京」と付けるネーミングは、
何か逃げている様な予感もします。(笑い)
本物の「ボルシチ」ではないと逃げている様な一抹の不安も感じてしまいます。(笑い)
食後の感想ですが、
『ボルシチ』は、もの凄く美味しい期待していましたが、それ程の完成度ではなかったです。
と言うよりは、肉は、確かに大きいものが入っていましたが、
レトルト食品で出回っているものと、味が似ているように感じました。
