鶏つけめん大盛1130円
11:00に来店。先客なしも次から次にお客さんが来るので、お店を出る頃には外で4〜5人列になっていました。みなとみらいのランドマークプラザ1階にあるお店。みなとみらいポイントカードアプリがあれば味玉が無料で1つもらえます。
お店の外にある券売機で先に食券を買うスタイル。鶏つけ麺が9月10月の限定商品とのことだったので鶏つけ麺にしました。
つけ麺は麺茹でるのに7分ぐらい時間がかかるとのことでした。中華そばの方は4〜5分ぐらいで出てきていたので、急いでいる人は中華そばの方がいいかもですね。
鶏つけ麺は看板に濃厚味噌と書いてありましたが、そこまで強烈な味噌味って感じはしなかったかなぁ。鶏白湯も別に悪くはないんですけど、特別旨みを感じるかというとそんな感じでもないかな。むしろ食べ進めていくと最後はスープが薄まってしまって残念な感じでしたので、何か工夫が必要ではないでしょうか。
あとつけ麺を食べていて思ったのが、お箸がつるつるでとにかく麺が掴みづらかったです。箸先に溝があるタイプのお箸にした方がストレスがなくていいと思います。
それとお水は目の前のグラスにセルフで入れる方式ですが、水を入れるとコップに油が浮いていたのでそれも残念ポイントですね。
良かったのは店員さんは人当たりが優しいし、お客さんに気を遣って接客してくれていたのでそこは良かったと思います。
