「明日仕事で横浜行くよ」
「じゃあシュウマイ買ってきて！」
「買えたらね」
そんな些細な会話から、お土産を買って帰らなくてはならなくなった次第です。
たしかに横浜の代名詞のひとつ、崎陽軒のシューマイは誰もが知っている横浜名物。
コマーシャルの有名なあのフレーズは忘れません！
この日、パシフィコ横浜で開催されておる「人とくるまのテクノロジー展」のためみなとみらい駅を利用。
帰りに「近くの崎陽軒」で調べたら、なんとみなとみらい駅にも売店があった(^○^)
迷わず向かうアタクシ♬
店頭で「ブツ」を確認・・・特製ってのもあるんだ？
良くその差がわからないので尋ねてみますと、通常のは小ぶりの一口サイズで、特製シューマイは大粒で帆立の貝柱の旨みが引き立つ美味しさに仕上がっているとのこと。
ならば両方買って帰るべo(^▽^)o
その日の晩ご飯・・・当然おつまみとして登場！
先にひと口サイズの普通のシューマイを食べる。
続けて特製のプレミアムなシューマイを・・・たしかに食べ比べるとその味の違いが鮮明に浮き立つ。
お店の方が言っていたように、帆立の旨みと挽肉の旨みがしっかりと伝わって来ます♬♬
普通のシューマイの影が薄くなる？？？
いやいや、そんなことはなかったですよ〜、ちゃんと噛みしめて食べましたから(*^◯^*)充分美味しいです！
