クィーンズスクエアの奥にあってお店の場所に気付きづらいのですが、いつも賑わっていて前から気になっていたお店が「JPASTAクィーンズスクエア横浜店」です。
名物らしい「たらことウニとイカのスパゲッティ」は1330円。
濃厚なウニとバターソースがモチモチしたパスタによく絡みます。たらことウニとイカのコリコリとした食感も楽しめました。
つきみしらすのスパゲッティは1530円。
藤沢にもお店があるとのことで、しらすもおいしいかと思い注文しました。
麺が隠れるくらい釜揚げしらすが山盛で、青ネギと水菜もたっぷり。
三浦野菜のペペロンチーノは1480円。
柑橘系のさわやかな味付けですが、パスタにオイルが絡み食べ応えもあります。三浦野菜が絶品。
モチモチのパスタは淡路島の製麺所のものを使用しているとのこと。
