I worked in Minato Mirai on this day as well. I chose Alishan Castle from among Restaurants on the 3rd floor of Landmark Tower. What I ordered was Beef Belly knife-cut noodle. ■ Beef belly knife-cut noodle @ 1,280 yen comes with salad, Seafood spring rolls, and dessert. I think the large serving was an additional 150 yen. I held back and ordered a normal serving, but it was enough. There are quite a lot of noodles, and many women may not be able to finish them all. The taste is strong because it's made from beef belly, but it's not too salty so it's easy to eat. Surprisingly, Seafood spring rolls were a big hit. It would be even better if there was also sweet chili sauce. On the way home, there was a souvenir corner and I saw a sweet called Saachima that I had never seen before, so I bought it. I also bought the pineapple cake next door. ■ Pineapple cake Mango instead of pineapple. The answer is not the price tag, but the package design. Considering the atmosphere of the dough, it is unusual that no butter is used. ■ Searchima with Taiwanese raisins It looks like a thunder confectionery, but it's moist. The oil is strong and has a sesame oil flavor. It tastes similar to fried karinto. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
