『Cafe＆DiningMALIBU』
横浜駅からベイクォーターと向かい合う方向にある三井ビル。
鉄道模型ミュージアムがあるビルです
「しらすと生のりのブルスケッタ」
しらすがこんもり丘の様にのっています。
バケットが固すぎず食べやすい。
海苔の磯の香りと
ガーリックの香りで
淡白なしらすが満足度の高い一皿に。
「カキのグリル
～ペッパーソース～」
国産牡蠣です。
ミネラル分を感じます。
胡椒のピリッとが最後に効いてきます。

「本日の鮮魚のカルパッチョ」
ホオボオ、マグロ、鯛、さより。
小柴漁港直送のお魚さんたち。

SOGOとマルイの地下入口横の
階段を上るとすぐでした
川沿いなので、冬場は風が吹き抜けて寒い((+_+))
ですが、もう春だから
対岸のベイクォーターなど眺められて
素敵かもしれませんね。
