◇A souffle omelette that will shock you in many ways◇
La Mère Poulard's traditional souffle omelette, whose main store is located in Mont Saint-Michel, a World Heritage Site. I saw it on TV and was shocked by its appearance, so I came to eat it when I heard that it had opened at Mark Is in Minato Mirai. Maybe because of the TV, the line was crazy... (;´Д｀) I waited about an hour and a half... Finally, when I entered the store and looked around, everyone was ordering omelets. I ordered a set that included the specialty souffle omelette. [Set contents] ・Today's soup ・Today's salad ・Potato ・Bread ・Specialty souffle omelette The specialty souffle omelette looks perfect for Instagram. When I put my spoon in it, meringue-like bubbles came out... I took a bite... Hmm? (-_-;) This is... just bubbles... And it has no taste... (-｡-;) I'm sure the people around me thought the same. It was still bubbles even when I ate it with the tomato sauce that came separately. I don't know how to eat it properly, and to be honest, I don't really get why it's so popular (^_^;) I think it's fine to go there just for the novelty, knowing that, but I'm sure there are others out there who feel the same way...

It's been a long time since I last visited. The queue was huge the last time I came, but it seems to have calmed down a lot now. The souffle omelette impressed me in many ways the last time I came. The last time I had it, it just tasted like a bland foam, but this time it had a good amount of sauce on it and there was a lot of omelette, so it was delicious♪ However, I guess it was a bit too foamy (^_^;) Well, it looks perfect for Instagram. And even though it's foamy, it's definitely unique in its fluffiness. But I guess after trying it once, I'm good to go (^^;)
