2時間制ということもあり、もつ鍋が出てくるまでの時間を確認してから、単品で何品かいただきました。
【単品メニュー】
明太ポテトサラダ、馬刺し2点盛り、すもつ、塩モツ煮込み
どれも絶品ですが、お通しも美味しく、ビールのつまみに箸が止まらない美味しさ。
ドリンクも九州のフルーツをサワー、ハイボールどちらか選んで飲める。
モツ鍋はみそ。
追加モツ、締めにちゃんぽん、雑炊セットを頼み、おおやまオリジナルの醤油アイスを最後にいただきました。
もつ鍋は出来上がった状態で持ってきてくれて、ニラがしんなりする頃が食べ頃なので、少し時間に余裕を持って頼んだ方が良さそう。
料理を持ってきてくれるのはとてもスピーディーで時間制限がある中だったのでとても良かった。
またぜひ伺いたい。
