みなとみらい駅のセンタービル内(改札から徒歩5分)にあります。
カウンターとテーブルの両方の席があり、結構広いです。4人以下位での利用が良さそうです。
甍野菜つけ麺(並盛り)(¥1,000)と海老辛味(¥120)を注文。
麺は太ちぢれ麺で、小麦の香りと甘味が強いです。
スープは動物系の淡麗醤油スープです。野菜(キャベツともやし)がモリモリでスープに浸っています。スープは最初は醤油の塩味や風味がしっかりと効いていて味が濃いめにも感じられるのですが、後になると野菜や麺の水分が加わって良いバランスの味になります。
海老辛味は、乾燥エビの味がしっかりと出たラー油ベースの調味料です。醤油味と海老の相性が良いので味変で入れると後半も飽きが来ずに美味しくつけ麺を頂けます。
店名がついていたのでこちらのつけ麺を選んだのですが、濃厚煮干しつけ麺も推しメニューとの事なので次回は試してみたいと思います。
