1番始めに乾杯スパークリングを頂きましたが、軽い口当たりでスパークリングがあまり得意でない私でもとても美味しくいただくことが出来ました。
カルパッチョはマグロ、サーモン、鯛でした。新鮮な魚たちはどれも美味しかったし、赤ワインのソースも美味しかったです。
甘鯛の松笠揚げはあげてある部分は繊細だけどサクサクといい音がして、身はホロホロでした。お野菜たちも素揚げのようになっていて柔らかいけどお野菜の味がちゃんとしていて、赤味噌のソースが絶妙でした。味は少し濃いめに感じますが、それが鯛にも野菜にもマッチしていて最高でした。
和風リゾットは優しめなお味で、上にある肉とフォアグラもとても美味しかったです。味が優しめだったので飽きずにずっと食べられる味でした。また、ブールパン、クロワッサン、かぼちゃのトーストの3種類のパンもありましたが、どれも美味しかったです。ブールパンはふわふわで優しい甘みがあり、かぼちゃのトーストはふんわりとかぼちゃの香りと甘みがしていて、クロワッサンは外側がサクサクで中がふわふわでバターの香りが口に広がりどれもとても美味しかったです。
ランプは中はレアですがちょうど良いですし、とても柔らかかったです。大粒の塩で食べるのがお肉の旨みをとても感じられて良かったですし、ブラックペッパーも粒だからこそ香りが強くて、ランプがまた違う味に感じられて良かったです。
デザート抹茶のブラウニーと紅茶のプリン？でした。ブラウニーは少し固めだけど抹茶の風味がちゃんとしてて、プリン？は紅茶の味が割と濃いめでとても美味しかったので今度作りたいと思いました。
ドリンクは、浜辺のそよ風を注文しました。見た目がまさに浜辺の夕焼けのような綺麗な色のグラデーションで、味はオレンジやジンジャエールなどでとても飲みやすいし美味しいです。
店員さんたちは皆さんとても気が利きますし、心地よい笑顔と接客でした。また、私たちの食べるペースを見ながらコース料理を持ってきてくれます。
みなとみらいの綺麗な夜景や観覧車を見ながら、素敵な空間で素敵な店員さんたちと共に美味しい料理やドリンクを楽しむことが出来て、本当に最高でした。
