街のパン店「ル・ミトロン」
南フランスで修行をしたパン職人が、情熱と遊び心を胸に神奈川区神大寺にてオープンしたベーカリー「ル・ミトロン」( Le mitron pains/ルミトロン) 。 |
初訪問です。
平日の20時半頃の訪問のため、残っているパンの種類は少なかったです。
神熟、パンダさん、あんマスカルポーネを購入。
神熟はお店曰く高級食パンということですが、水分量が多くは感じず、バターの風味や甘みがある訳ではなく、もちもちとした食感が良いという訳でもなく、ぼんやりした味だったので、今一つ何が高級なのかよく分からなかったです。
パンダさんはいわゆるクリームパンですが、小ぶりサイズの無難な味。
あんマスカルポーネはとても大きく、パサつきのあるコッペパンだったので、やや微妙でした。
