街のパン店「ル・ミトロン」
南フランスで修行をしたパン職人が、情熱と遊び心を胸に神奈川区神大寺にてオープンしたベーカリー「ル・ミトロン」( Le mitron pains/ルミトロン) 。 |
みなとみらいで食事をして、散歩、買い物、甘いものをいただいてから、帰る前にパンを買って帰りましょう。
今回はランドマークプラザの1階にあるル・ミトロンさんに行ってみましょう。
ル・ミトロンさんは神大寺本店とラクシスフロント店に行ったことがあります。
こちらは神熟という食パンがあります。
もちろん買いますが、他にもいくつかパンを探しました。
神熟の他に、カレーパン、焦がしキャラメルシューキューブ、あなたのクリームパンを買いました。
焦がしキャラメルシューキューブは新製品で、ほろにがキャラメルカスタードと書いています。
こういうのに弱いんです。
家に帰って食べてみました。
あなたのクリームパンはカスタードクリームがたっぷりです。
玉子のコクがあって、トロっとするクリームが美味しいです。
カレーパンはスパイシーで辛さはほどほどです。
具もたっぷりで万人受けするカレーパンですね。
焦がしキャラメルシューキューブは焦がしキャラメルのクリームがたっぷり入っています。
こういうパンが美味しくないわけがありません。
そいて神熟。
当日はそのまま、翌日にトーストして食べてみました。
やはりトーストしたほうが好みの味です。
こういうパンを手軽に買えるお店があるといいですね。
