日本では汁のある担々麺がポピュラーですが、本来は担々麺は汁なしです
中国人の営む店で汁なし担々麺があるとの事で注文しました
しかし待てど暮らせど、料理が来ません
自分だけでなくほかの客も同様に待たされています。
30分ほど待たされたところで、注文の確認ですと言って店員がくる始末
なんかやらかした感じです。
結局45分ほどして料理が出てきましたが、料理自体は悪くないです
個人的にはもう少し山椒が聞いていて欲しい所ですが一般的な味付けとしては充分です。
料理は悪くないだけにオペレーションの不味が残念
