今時のビルにテナントとして入居するこちらの中国料理店。高級感のある店内の雰囲気は素晴らしくお料理も口に合うものでしたが、もの凄いレベルの接客に呆れ果て再訪は無いでしょう。
『炒飯／900円』
予め先輩方のレビューから予習をしておいたので、平日のランチメニューの中から単品チャーハンをチョイス。因みに一番人気は陳麻婆豆腐のようでした。
登場までは非常に早く５分ほど。炒飯の付け合せはオイスターの風味が強いスープと杏仁豆腐。ザーサイなどはありませんが、その代わり炒飯の量は他店の大盛り級だと思います。
味付けはとにかく濃いの一言。自分は濃口大好きなのでドンピシャの当たりですが、薄味の多い大陸系の中華では珍しいかも。写真の通り具材は必要最小限で乏しいんだけども美味しかったな。
それでもお薦めする気になれないのは、最初に書いた通り接客が…。それは自分の想定を超えるほどでむしろアッパレなのかも。食べログさんでは詳細を記載出来ませんが、だいたい皆さん想像が付くでしょうか。
