みなとみらいの神奈川大学の一階にある『GRAND VOYAGE』さん。
大学の中とは思えない本格的なお寿司がいただけます。
久し振りにお伺いしました。
寿司ランチ1,800円。
寿司10貫に赤だしが付きます。
夜は1日1組のみで、2ヶ月先まで予約が取りにくいとのことでした。
夜は懐石コースがいただけます。
大将が関西出身ということもあり、白身が若干多めで、コリコリするような食感のネタが特徴的だと思います。
みなとみらいにはお寿司屋さんが少ない上に、本格的なお寿司を食べられるお店は珍しいので重宝してます。
