この日は以前から気になっていたランチビュッフェに訪問。こちらは昨年オープンしたヒルトン横浜のオールデイダイニング。朝、昼、夜とメニューは異なるとのこと。
まずは店内をぐるり。入り口付近にはシャルキュトリーや軽くつまめるものが中心。少し奥に行くと中華。ここはとにかく中華の品揃えが多い。やはり横浜中華街が近いということもあるのだろうか？
奥にはシェフが取り分けてくれるローストビーフ。
ホテルビュッフェにきたらローストビーフは外せない。
一通り取っていざ実食。中華はかなりレベルが高い。エビチリはぷりぷり、春巻も外はサクサク、中はとろりと言った感じ。とにかく美味しい。
ローストビーフは国産牛。しっとりとしており、肉のおいしさをしっかり感じることができる。これなら何枚でも食べられる。
特に面白いと思ったのはミニハンバーガー。牛肉のパテがジューシーでバンズと合う。それほど大きくないので胃のキャパシティをそれほど圧迫しないのも嬉しい。
総じてどれも美味しかったのでおすすめです。
