所用でみなとみらいへ。
ちょうど昼食どきとなり、こちらのお店に入りました。
ランチメニューが何種類かあり、麻婆豆腐の定食を注文。注文から数分で提供されました。
メインの麻婆豆腐は、まったく辛さも痺れもありません。
卓上にある赤山椒、青山椒、辣油で好みの辛さや痺れに調整するようです。人によって好みが違いますから、これはこれで良いシステムですね。
そして何より、旨みたっぷりで、とても美味しいです。一口めは辛さも痺れもなくて物足りなさを感じましたが、逆に旨みがよく味わえました。
副菜は、サラダです。中に入っている白いものは、おそらく干豆腐を細く切ったものだと思います。こちらもなかなか美味。
店内は中国らしい装飾でしたが、落ち着いた印象。
店員さんもランチどきにも関わらず対応が丁寧でした。
なお、入店した11時頃はすんなり入れたのですが、退店した時(12時少し前だったと思います)は、店内は満席で外に10人以上の待ち行列ができていました。人気があるのも頷ける店でした。
