5/9横浜シンフォステージにオープンした飲食店『パチョレックハナタレ』に訪問しました。
生牡蠣、シーフードのアヒージョ、バゲット、温かいポテトサラダ、杉香るハイボール大、ワインをオーダーしました。
アヒージョ＋バゲット6ヶはふたりでいただくのに程よい量で、素材のバランスもよくおすすめです。
生牡蠣は、時間限定でお安く提供されていました。テーブルに用意されたポン酢かウィスキーをかけていただきます。
ポテトサラダは、じゃがいも、ゆで卵、ベーコンビッツ、マヨネーズをテーブルでつぶしていただきます。はじめてのパターンで新鮮でした。
席料が100円とお安いので、お仕事帰りの寄り道にも使いやすいお店ではないかと思います。
