Coffee shops is located in a Meiji-era Western-style building on Bashamichi in Yokohama. The first floor is a reasonably priced Coffee shops, the second floor is a bar, and the third floor is French cuisine restaurant. This time I visited Coffee shops. I ordered the original blend coffee, Sabayon, for 1,342 yen. The original blend coffee is drip-brewed, and can be customized with whipped cream and coffee cream to make it like Vienna coffee. If you leave it as is, it is a slightly bitter coffee. Sabayon is a sweet Sweets with a refined sweetness, made by soaking bread dough in syrup made from rum and brandy.
