中華街大通りに立派な本店
通り裏になるかな 広東道には 點心舗 冷凍販売店舗 社員食堂(入れませんが)一帯萬珍樓 風格あります。
點心舗 外観も大きく綺麗で立派、店内も広く天井も高く手入れお掃除も行き届き綺麗。
外観からも内装も凝っていて特別感あり。
接客は丁寧 細かく気配り対応 とても気持ちよく。
テーブルは広く 間隔もゆとりあり、居心地よく。
お料理は、安定して どなたにも 美味しい と思います。
〈海老の湯葉包み揚げ〉サクッと海老ぷり。
〈イカの黒豆ソース蒸し〉固くなく柔らか過ぎずの食感よく 黒豆ソースは絡んでます が、私には特に印象残るはなく。
〈小籠包〉千切生姜のたっぷり入ったたタレと美味しい。
〈青梗菜のニンニク炒め〉鶏ガラ塩味でしょうか ニンニクは強くなく 加熱加減もよく美味しい。
食べたなかで一番美味しかったのは
〈五目炒飯〉 懐かしい大好きな味と同じ！パラパラ加減も絶妙です。
ゆっくり過ごしたい日は また訪れたいです。
