味にも接客も納得しました。
注文する時は、メニューを見てGWの特別メニューにするかと心が揺れたが勝烈庵定食があり大が付いた大勝烈庵定食があったのでお願いしました。
店は、棟方志功感が感じられました。
富山県人としてはほっとする感じましたよ。
それと、瓶ビールを頼みました。
本日は暑く感じたので食前のビールが美味しい。
揚がるのが待っている間にビールが呑みほして大勝烈ができた。
びっくり初めは、座布団かなものだったので驚きましたがカツレツと気付き納得です。
ソースを少しずつかけ食べましたが美味しい。
量も大にして正解でした。
また、来る時は他のものも試したい。
