横浜中華街といえば、アジア最大級の中華街。
中国は？
そんな疑問はおいといてわ久しぶりの中華街。
横浜に住んでいた頃は意外とこなかった場所。
この日は、みんなで新年会という事で、中華街の詳しい友人が皆を集めて予約してくれました！
大人数入れるお店！
最近の中華街のイメージは、食べ放題のお店がめちゃくちゃ増えて、コスパに走っている印象。
しかも、正直当たり外れが多く、不安な印象が拭えなくなってしまっている。
こちらは、老舗のお店で、本格的なコースが味わえるが、リーズナブル。
このお店のお陰で中華街の印象が変わった！
むしろ
こういった良いお店が多かったのかもしれないが、本当に大満足だった。
コースで色々出てきたけれど、最初のフカヒレスープで心を奪われて次々と出てくる本格料理。
トンポーローのうまみとトロトロ感がやばすぎる、、
海老マヨもこんなの食べた事ないくらいの感動の味。
〆の炒飯も上品ながら炒飯らしい食欲そそる旨み。
上品さと中華らしさのどちらも兼ね備えてる料理に感動。
飲み放題という事もあり、思わず飲み過ぎてしまうけれど、それだけ食欲をそそり続ける魅力的な料理だった。
店選びに迷う事もあるとは思うけれどここは間違いい！
