注文 一楽満喫コース@3800＋グラスビール＋紹興酒
◾️お店選び
ゴールデンウィークに中華街で美味しい食事をしたいので、未訪問のお店を調べてコチラを選びました。休日の中華街は超混雑することは分かっていたので、食べログから事前に予約しました。
◾️注文
初めてなので、コチラがよく分かりそうなメニュー名の「一楽満喫コース」にします。
◾️実食
＊炭火焼チャーシュー入り季節の前菜盛り合わせ:
酢の物はさっぱりで美味しい。チャーシューは温かして供出されとても美味しい、分厚いので歯応えがあり旨みを楽しめる。あとボイルしたエビちゃん。
＊蟹肉入りふかひれのスープ:
カニ入りでコクがとてもあり、いやーとても美味しい。かなりレベルの高いスープです。
＊イカと季節野菜のうす塩炒め:
火の通し方最高レベル。素材の味がとてもよく引き出されているように思える。薄味なので、余計に野菜とイカの味が引き立つ。かぼちゃが好みかな。
＊エビのチリソース:
エビ最高〜(^-^)/香り、味、エビの硬さ、絶妙である。今まで食べたいエビチリで一番美味しい。食べてから少しして辛さがきます。ご飯が欲しい。
＊黒酢の酢豚:
テーブルに置かれた瞬間にとても良い香りが漂い始める。この時点で凄さが分かる。豚肉をいただく、素晴らしい硬さと噛んだ時の味が滲み出る旨み。コチラもご飯が欲しい一品。
＊特製四川マーボー豆腐:
香り、複雑な味わい、辛さ、どれをとっても一流である。四川だけあって辛さが際立つものの、味噌が濃い。だから辛くても、ちゃんとしっかり味がするのだ。コレもご飯下さい。
＊炭火焼チャーシュー炒飯:
香り、味の深み、これも最高レベルのチャーハンである。色々美味しいチャーハン食べてきましたが、ココが一番美味しい。
＊杏仁豆腐:
杏仁が濃い、風味豊か。あ〜、もうどうにかなりそうだ。
◾️飲食後記
間違いなく、人生最高の中国料理である。決して大袈裟ではない。こんなに繊細な中国料理は初めてだった。とにかく「品」がイイのだ。
テイクアウトで「チャーシュー」2000〜3000円で販売されてました。今月中にもう一回来たいな。
