横浜中華街の中にある老舗の広東料理店です。
店内は広くて席数もかなりあります。
コースもありましたが今回はアラカルトで頂きました。
頂いたのは
◯小籠包 660円
皮はモチモチしてます。皮を破いても肉汁は出てきませんでした。中のお肉もしっかり目。もっとジューシーな方が好みかも。生姜は付いてきますが頼まないと黒酢は付いてきません。
◯皮付き焼豚（小） 1320円
皮がカリッカリに香ばしく焼かれていてお肉はしっとり。この焼豚は美味しい！
◯鶏肉とカシューナッツの炒め（小） 1650円
お肉はふっくらとやわらかく香ばしくカシューナッツとのハーモニーがたのしめる王道の味。
◯スブタ（小） 1760円
しっかりした弾力あるお肉に衣が付いててカリッと。玉ねぎ、ピーマン、パイナップルに甘辛なとろみ餡がよく絡んでます。
◯海老チャーハン 1000円
お米はパラリと炒まっていて大きなエビがゴロゴロ入ってます。
特に皮付き焼豚が美味しかったです。
中華街で定番の中華料理が楽しめるお店です！
