横浜中華街にある広東料理「廣東飯店」
みなとみらい線 元町中華街駅より徒歩5分または、JR京浜東北・根岸線 石川町駅より徒歩10分..
横浜中華街に昭和３６年に開店して以来４５年以上の老舗。
会社の後輩だった鐘 上智さんが現在、ご実家のお店をついで社長をされているお店。(でもICU）
同期の友人と、ゴールデンウィークに中華街へ。
混み混みの中、中華街は無謀かも、でしたが、それなりに楽しめました。
フカヒレスープの入った【4,000円コース】。
現地へ行ってみると、ネットにあったメニュー以外にも、いろいろなコースがありました。点心コースならば2500円など。アラカルトでもよかったかも。

【前菜盛合せ】
「“皮付き焼き豚”、“鴨肉の燻製”、“クラゲの中華和え物”、“蒸し鶏”、“ピータン”、“チャーシュー”」。
どれも一口サイズですが、手が込んだ調理で、味もしっかりと存在感のある、美味しい冷菜です。
ただし説明は、ないので、詳細は不明。
【竹の子、椎茸、鶏入りふかひれスープ】
コクもしっかりあり、口当たりの柔らかいスープです。
【エビのチリソース】
ぷりっとした海老に、ネギとラー油が絶妙なアクセントとして入っています。
【エビ、蟹肉入り巻揚げ】
くわいの食感と甘味が蟹、海老のすり身の風味、皮の香ばしさ、パリパリ食感と合わせ、非常に美味しく仕上がっています。
(または北京ダックが選べました。）
【海鮮三種の炒めもの】
イカ、帆立、白身魚を始めたくさんの具材に、オイスターソースがしっかり効いた海鮮の炒め物です。
【スブタ】
具材としては豚肉の塊、キクラゲ、玉ねぎ、パイン、ピーマン、ネギが入っています。
中国酢独特の風味が全体に広がる、酸味と甘味がしっかり感じられる、本格中華らしい酢豚です。
【炒飯】
チャーハンの中に、チャーシューがたっぷり入っていて、食感も、旨味も存分に楽しむことができます。しかもパワフルなのにベタッとせず、パラパラに、仕上がっています。
【お新香】
「ザーサイ」
【杏仁豆腐】
杏仁豆腐は、甘すぎず、上品で美味しいです。
どのメニューも、味付け、風味は、本場の味わいを出しながらも、上品な仕上がりになっています。
ひとつ言えるのは、コースよりも、好みを選ぶアラカルトが良さそうでした。
綺麗な空間で、ゆっくりと中華料理を楽しみたい時にぴったりのお店です。
