結婚記念日に子供たちを預けて、主人と久しぶりのランチ。
気になっていたこちらのお店を予約しました。
ランチで6,500円。
なかなかのお値段です。
11時半に予約してお店へ。
一見通り過ぎてしまいそうな、少し古めのたてもの。
でも、店内はとても素敵な空間。大きなワインセラーと外がよく見えるテーブル席。
半個室もありました。
席につくとシェフが挨拶をしにテーブルまでいらしてくださいました。
このお店、シェフと奥様で切り盛りしているそう。
素敵～
まずはドリンクを注文。
乾杯は主人はビール。私は、シャンパンと白桃のアペリティフメゾンを。
この飲み物がおいしすぎた！！
主人のビールも飲みやすくてフルーティーで感動。
あまりに美味しくてこのビールその後ネットで検索しましたｗ
コースは、前菜、スープ、魚料理、肉料理、デザート、飲み物、パンのいたって普通のコース。
ですが、それぞれの料理がこれまた手が込んでていてすごい！！！！
まずは前菜の盛り合わせ。
豚のロースト、サーモン、そしてホタルイカやマリネ。
それでも一番おいしかったのが、カリフラワーのムース。
すごい濃厚でおいしすぎ～～～
そして、一緒に出てくるパン。
これもお店で焼き上げてるらしいのですが、なくなるとどんどん出してくれるこのプチパン。
あったかくてふわっふわ。
どんなお料理にも合って最高！！！！
ポタージュはさつまいものポタージュ。
これがすごいあっつあつ！！！
フレンチって結構冷めてるというか、ちょっとぬるいくらいのスープが多いのですが、
このポタージュはあっつあつ笑
口の中やけどするかと思うくらい。
でもこのポタージュがまたおいしい。
すごい濃厚で塩気もしっかりしていて、さつまいもの甘みも。
主人もこのポタージュにこっそり驚いていたらしい。笑
その後の魚料理、肉料理ももちろん最高。
魚や肉自体ももちろん、一緒に添えてあるソースやお野菜。
それぞれが素材自体がしっかり活かされていて、
どれも素晴らしかったです。
あと、お皿。
どのお料理も、フレンチっぽくない？お皿にのせられていてそれがまたおしゃれ。
オーナーご夫婦の心意気も素晴らしくて、
またすぐに行きたくなりました。
