平日の夕方、開店5分前の訪問であったが、既に7人ほどの列があった。流石は100名店である。
この日は、人気メニューでもあるロースかつ定食を注文した。
2cm程度のロースが7切れあり、かなりのボリュームである。外の衣はサクッとして、中は硬すぎず柔らかすぎず、林SPFポークを使用しているため、脂のノリが良く、噛むと旨みと甘みが溢れ出てくる。岩塩があるため、ソースをかける前に塩で食べるのもおすすめである。
豚汁の中にも1cm角の豚肉が入っている。
キャベツ、ご飯をおかわりしながら食べてると後半キツくなってきたが、なんとか気合いで食べきった。
キャベツ、ご飯はおかわり自由であり、無くなると店員さんがおかわりはいるか？と常に気にかけてくれ、気配りが素晴らしかった。
ロースかつ定食 ￥2,800
➞ご飯、豚汁、漬物、キャベツ、ロースカツ
平均的なとんかつ屋と比べると少々お値段は張るが、味、ボリューム、場所柄からして納得の値段であった。また伺う機会があれば、今度はヒレカツ定食も食べてみたい。
