13時に目の前のコインパーキングに停めて来ました。雨だったからか並びは無く、開けてみると丁度入れました。カウンターです。
壁にあるメニューを見ていたところ、とんかつかヒレかと聞かれたのでとんかつ(1,500円)と答えました。
しばし待ちます。
出てきた。
断面を見てみると中心部はレアぽいですねー。
柔らかいですねーモソモソ感はないです、なんか独特な味がします。表現できないですが、美味しいです。
脂身は弾力があって味が出てきます、美味しい。
キャベツはおかわりできるみたいです。
