When Shirokuma Manra actually visited the store, it was raining, so the seats outside were not available. Also, there is only one table, so you need to wait if there is a previous customer. It was a Sunday night in the middle of May and it was raining. The store was about half full. I ordered a fresh lamb Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) set. The food was served right after I ordered, and I was able to start baking quickly. The raw lamb was soft and flavorful, and I could enjoy it even more with the special sauce of the restaurant. I think I will order the characteristic raw lamb loin or seared lamb which needs to be reserved 2 days in advance next time I visit.
