神奈川県横浜市中区常盤町４丁目にある焼鳥「備長炭火焼鳥ぢどりや」です。最寄駅は横浜市営地下鉄ブルーライン、JR根岸線の関内駅になります。
「備長炭火焼鳥ぢどりや」へは夜の時間に行きました。関内を歩いていてどこで食事をしようかと考えていたらたまたま見つけました。今日の夕食はここでいただくことにします。
「備長炭火焼鳥ぢどりや」の入口の扉を開けて店内へ入ると先客は数組おりました。1人で来たことを告げるとカウンター席へどうぞと言われましたがその席では隣の人と近いため、その席で食事をするのは適切ではないと考えてお店を後にしようとすると4人掛けのテーブル席にどうぞと言われましたのでお言葉に甘えて座ることにしました。これだと他の客と密ではないのでゆっくり出来そうです。まずはウーロン茶を注文、メニューの中から大山鶏炭火焼き鳥はねぎま、もも肉、かわ、せせり、手羽先を注文、とり皮ポン酢、鶏のから揚げを注文しました。
まずはとり皮ポン酢が出てきましたが皮はパリパリに揚がっておりました。個人的には揚げた皮が好きではないのですが、これは私の注文ミスでした。大山鶏炭火焼き鳥はねぎま、もも肉、かわ、せせり、手羽先を注文、とり皮ポン酢を全て塩でいただきましたがどれも美味しかったです、中でも手羽先が一番美味しかったですね。鶏のから揚げはニンニクと生姜の味がしっかりしていてよかったですが、個人的には大山鶏の良さを生かすには味付けせずにシンプルに揚げて塩と胡椒で食べる方がよりよかったのではないかとも感じました。機会があればまた食べに行きたいですね。ごちそうさまでした。
