あそこは安い。とにかく安いと見聞きしていたので、「やすやす」と読む物だと思い込んでいました。
安心•安全で「あんあん」だなんて…
安心•安全の確認は出来ませんでしたが、安さは体感して参りましたのでざっとレポを。
全てのメニューが300円前後と安いのですが、肉質は見た目からそれなりの色、質感。
牛タンは凍って間もない様で霜が降りてましたし、一本腸、ハラミは少しグレーがかっていました。
味は意外と悪く無く、硬めでしたが歯応えがあると解釈すれば問題ない範囲。
一応、七輪、炭火焼きですが肉質を考えるとわざわざ炭で焼かなくても良いのではないかと。
排煙装置が出て来る煙を吸い切れず、結局店内に煙が充満していたので。
やはりここは、私の読み通り、
安心安全では無く、安い！を全面的に押し出した「やすやす」と読ませた方が気分良くお食事出来るかと思います。
※写真に写ってるいる彼は炭の煙で黒くなっている訳では無く、単にサーファー焼けです。
