Although I thought it was time to put a break from the year-end and New Year's lifestyle of alcohol and side dishes and return to a routine, I decided to have Yakiniku (Grilled meat) for New Year's lunch. I'm thinking about the next 360 days... I went to Hamaya, a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant in Bashamichi. We order from the lunch menu, and like most people, this restaurant has a system in place that allows you to order and pay by scanning a QR code. ◯ I ordered Wagyu Beef Rib & Tongue Set Meal ¥1,430 and a glass of draft beer. The Yakiniku (Grilled meat) equipment at this restaurant is not a gas stove, but rather a charcoal grill placed in a hole in the center of the table for grilling, and the old man turns the charcoal on and off every time you order. The set meal was served on a large plate. Three thick ribs and three pieces of tongue. And rice, salad, kimchi, seaweed soup, and Sweets make you feel good? Beer is in a small glass. This looks like it costs around ¥650. First of all, I have no intention of drinking a lot of alcohol, but isn't this price high compared to other Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants? The beef should be marbled, so be careful not to overcook it. The sauce is soy sauce and lemon juice. Start with lemon. The fat is sweet, the meat is soft, and it's quite delicious. When you think about it, the amount isn't too small either.
