【関内】圧巻の6冠を獲得!究極の野菜で作るイタリアン「POZ DINING」
関内駅北口から徒歩4分ほどの場所にあるイタリアン「POZ DINING」にお邪魔してきました。去年リニューアルしたばかりという事ですが、神奈川県「イタリアン名店ランキング」1位にも選ばれた老舗で、全国から取り寄せたこだわりのお野菜や函館直送の鮮魚を使った”旬”が楽しめる1軒です。
今回は人気のショートコースにペアリングを付けていただきました。乾杯ドリンクは「カヴァ・ベラ・コンチ・セレクション・ブルュット」フレッシュでフルーティーなカヴァ。合わせるのは旬のお野菜を盛り合わせた「農家野菜サラダ」
全国の契約農家さんから届く味の濃い無農薬野菜を美しくあしらったひと皿でサルディーニャの海塩と香りの良いオーガニックのオリーブオイル、そして自家製バーニャカウダソースでシンプルに楽しみます。おおまさりの茹で生落花生が絶品!
続く前菜も盛り合わせで。ルイベ仕立てのとろける秋鮭は北海道のものだそう。相模原の鳳凰卵と仰ってたかな?人参のオムレツに九州産の生ハム、日南地鶏の胸肉は低温調理でしっとりと仕上げタプナードソースと。ブラータと合わせた玉文マンゴーはもはやスイーツ!衝撃の糖度24度の超希少なマンゴーだそう。
続くムスカデ・シュールリー「Dom. R de la Grange Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie」はミネラル感たっぷりの1杯。合わせるのはなんと今だけの贅沢、生のポルチーニを使ったタリアテッレ!パスタも淡路島のカボチャを練り込んだ生パスタという極上の逸品です。鼻孔をくすぐる香りにうっとり。
お魚料理は前出の函館産秋鮭を低温調理し、同じ個体から漬けたいくらを合わせた洋風の親子丼。ふわっとした口溶けですが、皮目を炙ることでちゃんと”鮭”を味わっている感が堪らない。合わせる「グレンブルック・シャルドネ」樽熟の風味が溶け込んだしっかりめの白。これ、めちゃくちゃタイプでした。
ドルチェにはもうひとつの看板商品「ボーノプリン」をまるっと出してくださるなど、ショートコースとはいえ満足度が半端ない!正直関内にこんなに良いお店があるなんて知りませんでした。またすぐにでも訪れたいと思います。

4 minutes from the north exit of JR Kannai Station Turn right after exiting the ticket gate, turn left immediately after exiting the station, cross the traffic light, and Family Mart will be on your right. Cross the traffic light towards FamilyMart and continue straight ahead. As a guide, you'll see Kentucky on your left, so keep going straight. You will see Kiyoken on your left and a police box on your right. If you go straight at that traffic light, you'll see it on your left. It's a shop with ornamental plants on the outside. You'll also see an Italian Cuisine colored side sign, so I think it's a landmark. If you are using the Kannai subway station, please exit from Exit 6 and make a U-turn. You will see Kiyoken right next to it, so look at Kiyoken on your left and the police box will be on your right. My long-awaited return visit to POZ DINING in Kannai, where I had previously visited POZ DINING for lunch and was impressed by the deliciousness of the vegetables. Wine is also fun here, so pairing is a must. A farmer's vegetable salad with an assortment of seasonal vegetables that I was looking forward to. The homemade bagna cauda sauce is also delicious. The grilled cherry blossom carpaccio from Hokkaido is also melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Patekan made with plenty of Miyazaki's Marumi pork, Tosa's Hachikin chicken, and pistachios is exquisite! The pumpkin and salt malt soup based on vegetable broth has a surprisingly rich sweetness. The hazelnut oil was a nice accent. Chewy fresh pasta from Awaji Island is served with blowfish ovary sauce that has been pickled in koji for two years. The accompanying blowfish pickled in rice bran is also delicious! The marriage with Pino is also a thing of agony. The soy sauce-kojizuke mackerel is served with the monkfish risotto with red bean liver sauce. I was once again completely charmed by his outstanding sense of style. Dolce is a blessing with creme brûlée-style ``Bonno Pudding'' and homemade milk Gelato! The cafes you can choose from are carefully selected and the time you spend choosing is fun. Let's go again.
