初のお店で楽しみに訪問
写真では雰囲気の良い感じで、カウンターとテーブルもあり多少の人数でもどちらでもカバーできると期待して伺いました。
若いスタッフさんが威勢よく声がけ頂き期待大！！
メニュー見ると焼き鳥店ですが、お任せ5本！とあり珍しいなーと。普通は7本とかだから。
山芋海苔や明太子サラダ、エシャロットなどをオーダー
焼き鳥ですが、炭火なので間違い無いと思うのですが、残念ながら関内焼き鳥激戦区でありながら、比べてしまうと最下位。。。
下味があまりされていないのでは？と思う。
あとは塩の種類と加減がバラバラかな。。。
焼きむらがあるので鳥の身が硬くなってしまってる箇所も。
写真ではつくねだんごは濃いように見えますが、意外とそうでも無い。
卵かけご飯は普通に美味しくいただけましたがメインの焼き鳥は少し改善頂ければと思います。
