休日の夜に伺いました。場所は、横浜中華街の一角。加賀町警察署の目の前善隣門五叉路を北門通りに進み、1つ目の交差点（加賀町警察署西）角。
ネオンサインが独特な外観。
記憶では、アテネ（横浜中華街西門通り）、オリンピア（関内太田町通り）と3姉妹ギリシャバーの一つ。
姉妹と記したのは、少なくともゾルバとオリンピアは女性バーテンダーさんたがら（アテネは最近行っていないので分かりませんが）。
ギリシャの方がオーナーだったが、今でもそうなのか？
入店します。カウンター中央にご常連。スタッフとの会話が進んでいます。
適当な席に着き注文は、ウゾソーダ割り900円。
ウゾはギリシャの香草リキュール。自身は無色透明だが、水と反応して乳白色になる（らしい）。
チビチビやっていると、目の前に古びた写真が額縁に飾られています。
調べると、ギリシャを舞台にした映画「その男ゾルバ」のワンシーン。
3姉妹のうち唯一店名由来が分からなかったこちら。
すっきりしました。
ウゾソーダ割りをお代わりしてお暇しましょう。
スタッフから、ウゾ注文する人珍しいねと。
少しだけ話して納得のご様子。
近いうちに、もう2店にもお邪魔しよう。
