I want to eat meat, but I'm going to eat something healthy today. But if I eat too much, it's all for nothing. lol I visited "shabu shabu Onyasai". It's located at the entrance closest to Kannai Station in Isezaki Mall. If you go in the opposite direction from Kannai Station, it's in the basement. I went there when the heat was still lingering, but it was quite crowded even though it was a weekday. It might be better to make a reservation or call to check if there are any seats available before going. All-you-can-eat chicken and pork for 2780 yen. I chose the all-you-can-eat beef and pork menu because it was only 200 yen more. I read in an article that beef contains nutrients that make people happy. I'm not sure how reliable it is, but lol As many of you may know, Onyasai has introduced a two-color pot and you can choose from two broths. Today I chose the spicy hot Hot pot made with Sichuan doubanjiang and the sukiyaki-style broth made with tamari soy sauce and brown sugar. I also added an all-you-can-drink alcohol option for 1500 yen and an all-you-can-drink soft drink option for 380 yen. I ordered a draft beer for now. Super Dry is effective in the lingering heat. Quail seasoned eggs are quick to come out. First, they bring a set of several pieces of meat. You can eat beef loin, kalbi, and umami beef, pork loin and kalbi, and chicken Sakurahime chicken shabu-shabu. They are particular about using domestic vegetables. You can enjoy fresh vegetables such as lettuce and mushrooms. They also have a huge selection of side dishes. Just like Gyukaku, it's really nice when you get bored of hot pot and have a wide selection of other dishes. Before we knew it, we had eaten about 15 pieces of meat for two people. Just because shabu shabu shabu is healthy, it's no good if you eat too much. lol For drinks, we just had highballs to keep us refreshed. I like udon for the finale. The richness of the broth is just right and it goes well with udon. Before we knew it, it was Udon-suki last order. We finished with the classic warm vegetable ice cream. We ate a lot of meat and vegetables and were fully nourished. It was an all-you-can-eat buffet of warm vegetables, perfect for surviving the summer heat.
