関内駅から歩いて数分。
A5ランクの黒毛和牛一頭買いする、和モダン鉄板焼ダイニング。
ドアを開けると、オトナ空間。
今回は、一休のプランで。
まずは泡で、カンパイ
・前々菜和牛のパテ
・前菜４種。
生ハムみたいな豚・アメーラトマト・鶏のユッケ・かつおの…ペロリ。全部美味しかった！！
・ サラダ。
そして、お待ちかねのA5♪
私は、ランクアップして、フィレを。
わさび好きな方には常識なのかも知れませんが、、、何が長次郎さん作なのかが分からなかったので、聞いてみました。
わさびおろしだそうです（笑）。これでおろすと、とーっても美味しくなるとか。
ちなみにこの日のお肉は、鹿児島産でした。
食べ終えてからの会話で、この日のフィレ肉は、シャトーブリアンと間違える程の質だったと教えてくれました♪
友達のセレクトは、熟成赤身肉こちらは栃木産。
ちょっと食べさせてくれたのですが、赤身なはずなのに、さすがのA5ランク、ミディアムでもかなり柔らかかったです。
どちらも100g←これも聞き出した鉄板焼屋さんってフィレだと80g率高いので、ちょっと得した気分。
6月1日から、80gから100gに変更したそうです。太っ腹～～
さて食事は、蟹飯orガーリックライスの選択。
うふふ。迷わず、蟹飯。
途中、出汁を入れて食べてみたりして、味の変化もあり、美味しくいただきました。
最終のデザートは、お店の雰囲気にマッチして、ほうじ茶のアイス。
これがまた、本当に美味しかった！！
正直、6,800円の鉄板焼ディナーということで、あまり期待はしていなかったんだけど、全部美味しすぎました。
器も良かったし～店員さんもとっても親切。
鉄板焼を目の前にしての鉄板焼屋さんではないけれど、美味しいからアリです。
都内にあるお店にも、行ってみたいです。
関内エリアで、お店選びに迷った肉好きのみなさんにオススメです！
