誕生日に相方に連れてきてもらった。
裏路地を入った落ち着いた佇まい。
入口を開けると、予約していたからか、店員さんが待っていてくれた。
二階の個室でコース料理を頂く。
前菜はポテトサラダとカプレーゼとパテと白魚のジュレ。ゆっくりと食べていると、焼き野菜が登場！
タケノコにはそら豆の味噌が添えてあった。
焼いたカブはすごく甘くて美味しい。紫の大根、ジャガイモ、茄子も美味しくいただいた。
フォアグラの料理が次に来たが、申し訳ない、あまり覚えていない。
メインの赤身の熟成肉には塩、ワサビ、味噌、おろしポン酢、にんにく醤油がついていて、いくつもの味が楽しめる。
お肉自体も非常に美味しかった。
最後に誕生日祝いのデザートと、記念の写真をとっていただいて、大満足な誕生日ディナーでした。
