・アナゴの白焼き 冷製バーニャカウダソース
・前菜盛り合わせ：
フルーツトマトとモッツァレラ、秋刀魚のマリネ、鶏のテリーヌとベーコンのゼリー寄せ、とうもろこしのムースと最中。彩り豊かで、特に鶏のテリーヌとベーコンのゼリーが美味しかったです。
・和野菜の白だしサラダ：
店員さんが目の前で鰹節を乗せてくれ、香りがよく、シンプルながら美味しかったです。
・天使の海老の鉄板焼き：
ガーリックの香ばしさと濃厚な味わいが口の中に広がります。
・福島県産A5ランク黒毛和牛大吟醸カットステーキ：
肉質が素晴らしく、口の中でとろけるようで、わさびも爽やかで美味しい、贅沢な味わいを楽しめました。
・蟹飯/特製和出汁：
蟹の風味が広がり、途中から出汁を入れてお茶漬け風にも楽しめますが、個人的にはそのままいただくのが好きで、おこげも楽しめました。
・デザート：
ほうじ茶のジェラートとハチミツ胡麻アイス。甘さと濃厚な風味が絶妙で、最高の締めくくりでした。
