久しぶりに会う横浜在住の友達と女子会。
今日は美味しいお肉を食べようとこちらのお店に来ました。
関内駅から歩いて３分程、細い道に入った所にありました。店内は黒がベースのインテリアでJAZZが静かに流れる落ち着いた雰囲気。鉄板焼きなのに鉄板がない？と一瞬思いましたが、焼いたお料理を持って来てくれるんてすね。

最初の一杯はスパークリングワインを頼んで乾杯。
コースメニューは
・穴子の白煮焼き バーニャカウダソース 赤粒胡椒とディルの香り
・コーンのムース、ホッキ貝のマリネ、アメーラトマトのカプレーゼ、エビと野菜のテリーヌ、鶏のテリーヌ
・有機野菜のサラダ鰹節のせ、白だしのドレッシング
・天使の海老の鉄板焼き、グリルキャベツ添えタップナードソース
・A5ランク黒毛和牛大吟醸カットステーキ、北海道産 赤身ランプ肉と千葉産サーロイン
・蟹飯 特製和出汁
・ゴマとハチミツのジェラート
天使の海老が私の大好きなガーリックシュリンプみたいで、頭まで食べれて美味しい〜！スパークリングワインが進みました。
メインの黒毛和牛ステーキは赤みランプ肉とサーロインを頂きました。焼き加減はミディアムレア、お塩はオーストラリアの塩湖のお塩らしく、お肉の美味しさを引き立てます♪
お肉の時は赤ワインをオーダー、カリフォルニア産ピノノワール、甘酸っぱい香りにスパイスのアクセント。全体的にフレッシュな感じのワインでした。
ステーキには他にオニオンおろしソース、わさび、ニンニク醤油もあるので、お塩以外でも美味しく頂けました。
大吟醸カットとは筋とかをきれいに切り落とし美味しい部分だけにするカットだそうです。
締めは蟹飯、ご飯に蟹の出汁が染み込んでいて美味しい！最後はお出汁をかけて頂きました。
フリードリンクプランはビール、ワイン、焼酎、カクテル、ソフトドリンク等から選べますが、デザート時のコーヒー等は別々オーダーになります。
お店の方がお料理やワインの説明をしてくれて、ソースや素材、食材の産地を知ることよって、よりお食事を楽しむ事が出来ましたよ。
とっても満足できるコースでした。ご馳走様でした。
