「中国家庭料理」と看板に書かれている「龍門」の「新館」。
こういう感じの店、この中華街にあるから、ああだこうだと言いたくなるが、地元にあったら、通っているかも知れない…。
本店に続き、新館である。
短期間の間に、この本店と新館の２店舗とも訪問した。
この店は、中華街大通りの中山路と市場通りの間にある。
「桂宮」の隣りであり、「重慶飯店第二売店」の斜向かいでもある。
本店との違いは、まず550円シリーズの黒板が出ていないように思う。
あとセットメニューが、小籠包セットになっていて、単純にセット価格が30円(税別)高いだけで、その小籠包が付いてくる感じでもあり、小籠包に興味のある人にはお得だと思う。
また、660円のハーフサイズのシリーズは、コチラの店もある。
さらに、本店よりも店内が明るく、開放感があるように感じた。
接客も、本店の不干渉タイプでなく、ある程度良好だと思った。
お水とか、注ぎに来てくれたし。
「Aセット・ネギそば＋炒飯」(968円)＋「カリカリ皮付き焼き豚肉」(660円) ―― 写真の通り。
セットには、前述したように小籠包と、ザーサイと杏仁豆腐が付く。
ネギそば、辛味ネギの雰囲気は良い。
刻みチャーシューもそこそこ入っている。
ベースのスープの味わいは、はんなりした清湯系で、やや酸味があった。
ガラ野菜系のスープだが、ガラ系が強くない感じ。
麺は、特に意識しなかったが、低加水系の中華麺で、強めの歯応えを感じた。
ネギそば全体の印象としては、かなり好きな味わいに近かった。
炒飯は、ややモソモソ感があり、その状態にちょっと思うトコロがあったが、味わいは普通に美味しい。
コチラにも、チャーシューの細切れが多く入っていた。
カリカリ皮付き焼き豚肉、コレ、何となく好んでいて、いろいろな店で食べている。
この中華街では、「獅門酒楼」のモノが記憶に強く、単純に比べれば、ソレより下の印象となってしまう。
でも、量と価格を考え合わせれば、イイ感じかも知れない。
また、この店、添えられている塩がちょっと独特で、王将の鶏の唐揚げの魔法の粉の愛用者には、美味しく感じるように出来ている。
テーブルのコショーを少々混ぜれば、より、である。
ザーサイ、杏仁豆腐も含めて、この価格で、この内容なら、全く文句は無い。
美味しかった。
ごちそうさまでした。
選んだモノの差だったか、本店よりも全体的に良いと感じた。
また、冒頭に書いたように、こういう感じの店、地元にあったら、度々通っている感じの店だと思う。
本店の方のレビューでも書いたが、終日のセット料金やプラス660円シリーズのようなので、ランチ時間を外してしまったりしたときは、こういう店が、適度に安く美味しく食べられる気がする。
