丸亀製麺は全店に製麺機を置いて、打ちたて・茹でたての味を実現。小麦粉から打ち立ての麺を作っています。
工場で大量生産をしない。作り置きもしない。国産小麦100％にこだわった讃岐うどんのおいしさを追求しています。
