彼岸ということで墓参の帰りに関内というか伊勢佐木町に立ち寄り、トマたまカレーうどん（大）をいただきます。
ココのトコロ売り出し中のTOKIOの松岡氏発案とのことですが、カレーベースでトマト、白だし、カイエンペッパー、にんにく、しょうが、ごま油なども投入されているとのこと。
まあまあ辛い…というより正しく＆美味しくスパイシーで、味わいの深さはチェーン店とは思えません（微） 麺を啜り切ればデフォルトで添えられた白飯を投入いたしまして、雑炊式にいただきます。
丸亀製麺ネタでいうと、２か月ばかり前にかなりショッキングなお知らせ＝我事務所の最寄りの〇亀製麺が８月末で閉店＝を受けております。
ネタというか記事には滅多にしていませんが、事務所から近いので重宝していたのですが、コロナ禍の影響もあるのか実に残念です。
ということで、ラス前にいただいたネタをいくつかご紹介するということで、まずはごぼう天うどん（かけ・大盛り）であります。
タイミングにもよりますが、柔らかいゴボウはオーダー後に揚げられるコトが多いので熱々＝サクサクをいただけます。
ふむ、うどんの安定した美味しさはCP云々を越えたものがあります。
続きましては、鬼おろしぶっかけ（冷・大盛り）という冷たいうどんで、７月＆８月の期間限定だったと思います。
甘辛く煮た牛肉に鬼おろし＆ポン酢の組み合わせは食欲が薄くなる夏に最適でありました。
ちなみに…ワシは丸亀製麵では用意されている小皿を使って、ネギ、揚げ玉、生姜、胡麻を別添えにすることが多いのですが、コレはちょっとだけ店に洗い物の手間をかけますが、途中で味変を効果的にできるのデス♪
最後は牛とろ玉うどん(温・大盛り)で、白飯を添えております。
牛肉に焼きめをつけてから甘辛い割り下で焼き、熱々で柔らかい状態で「とろろ」と「温泉卵」を合わせてのトッピングとなります。
最終的には白飯にぶっかけて二度＆三度も楽しめます。
丸亀製麺のネタを一応はキープしておいたのですが、季節＆期間限定メニューの旬を外してしまったので蔵に入れるはずでしたが、冒頭のトマ玉カレーうどんとセットでご紹介させていただいた次第であります。
