神奈川県横浜市中区吉田町の永興ビル 1Fにある丸亀製麺 関内店にお伺いしました。JR根岸線（京浜東北線） 関内駅から徒歩約2分、横浜市営地下鉄ブルーライン 関内駅から徒歩約3分のところにあり、公共交通機関からアクセスしやすいです。近くにはコインパーキングもあり、アクセスは便利です。座席は42席あります。
今回は夏限定商品として販売されている鬼おろし鶏からぶっかけうどん（特盛 1070円）を注文しました。鬼おろし鶏からあげぶっかけうどんは、今回初登場となる新商品です。鶏のもも肉を使ったジューシーな唐揚げがのっています。ナスの揚げびたし、大根おろし、刻み柚子ものっています。唐揚げは大きくて、ナスの揚げびたしもたくさん入っていて、食べごたえがあります。大根おろしやポン酢が入っているので、さっぱりとしたとした味付けで、美味しかったです。特盛はボリュームもあり、コスパもかなり良いので、お勧めです。
丸亀製麺は北海道産100%の小麦粉と塩と水の3つの素材だけで作られています。お店の製麺機を使って、大きな茹で釜でゆで上げることにより、うちたて・ゆでたてのうどんが味わえます。小麦の香りがする麺は、モチモチとした弾力のある食感です。 薬味や天ぷらなども充実しているので、様々なうどんを楽しむことができます。
