Wakasa is located a few dozen seconds walk from Isezaki Chojamachi Subway Station. It's a town Chinese restaurant, and it's also listed in Mr. Ei's Yokohama town Chinese restaurant mook book. Tabelog reviews were pretty good, and it was listed in a Mook book about Machi Chuka restaurants, so I decided to stop by for lunch. When you work in this area, there are no shops unless you go a little further, so it can be difficult to find a shop during your lunch break. In that sense, we may have an advantage as there are no competing stores. Well, this time, I had my eye on Nagasaki Sara Udon after reading past reviews. My companion chose the salted garlic dandan Tantanmen that were listed in the Mook Book of Machi Chuka. What's really popular at this restaurant is the 490 yen set meal with a combination of mapo tofu or curry and ramen, or the 700 yen set that includes today's main dish and daily Ramen menu is intentionally different. I ate it. I was looking forward to it because there aren't many restaurants that serve delicious Sara-udon, but Sara-udon didn't suit Chitoei's taste. I thought it was bland and didn't have much flavor. The ingredients aren't anything special to mention either, and the bean paste is a little weird...I thought, "Why?" and looked back at past reviews of Sara Udon, and found that the ingredients were also 8 years old. It's different from the previous review (⌒-⌒; ), there was no quail or shrimp in it...I wonder if there was also squid in it? , I felt like it was a bit of a downgrade. The cost performance was not very good considering I was spending 700 yen to eat it. I'm confused because I can't really taste the tomato soup. However, the salt garlic tantan noodles that my companion ordered were delicious. It looks huge, contains a fair amount of eggs, and has a nice rich flavor from the backfat. It's similar to New Tantan, but it's not spicy at all, so even people who don't like spicy food can enjoy it. Above all, the slightly thick noodles and soup went well together and it was delicious. Mr. Ei exercised his power and when he had eaten 20% of the Sara Udon, he asked him to exchange it for Tantan noodles, saying, ``Please change it (￣∇￣)...'' (LOL). I was surprised at first because the plate was so big, but since the bottom was thin, it wasn't that big of a serving. It's just that the mega appearance is emphasized through visual magic. I don't know about the old pottery, but I don't think the quantity is as large as everyone says these days. To summarize, I personally think that at this restaurant, you have two choices: the salt garlic tantan noodles, or the set lunch menu for 490 yen or 700 yen. The atmosphere inside the store is a little chaotic, so women may not like it. It might be a good place for men who want to lose weight for a cheap price and come to eat the lunch set menu.
