＜ざっくり三行概要＞
・横浜中華街にある店で看板メニューは「フカヒレニラまん」
・シュウマイは冷蔵で2~3日保存OKという日持ちする一品
・黒豚を使用しているシュウマイなのだが肉にジューシーさが無い
新潟伊勢丹で開催された催し物「神奈川･横浜中華街展」にて、こちらの店の「黒豚シュウマイ」を食べました。
こちらの店は横浜中華街にある店で、フカヒレを使った「フカヒレニラまん」が看板メニューなんだそうです。
そんなフカヒレニラまんが気になっていたのですが、私が訪れた際は閉店30分前という時間が遅かったこともあってか既に売り切れていました…
閉店間近だという事で半額で販売していたので、残っていた商品の中から黒豚シュウマイを購入しました。
通常なら8個で1200円のところを600円にしてもらいました（それでもまだシュウマイにしては高価な気がしますが…）
なお、販売員の方が言うにはシュウマイは2~3日の間ならば冷蔵で保存OKだそうです。
シュウマイは自宅にて電子レンジで温めなおしてから頂きました。
肉の部分は黒豚を使用しているという事だったので期待していたのですが、特にジューシーさは感じられませんでした。
ちょっとだけ肉のコクがかろうじて感じられるかなあ…？というくらいで、一般的なシュウマイと大差ないような気がしました。
本当にコレって黒豚なんでしょうかねえ…？
決して味が悪い訳ではないのですが、美味しくもないといったところですね。
中華街の店の出す黒豚を使ったシュウマイという魅力的なフレーズが並ぶ一品ですが、味はさほど良くありませんでした…
「日持ちするのに半額するんだよ！大サービスだよ！」という言葉につられて、ついつい買ってしまった自分の弱さが裏目に出ましたね…
