横浜方面に仕事があり、仕事終わりに丿寛に行くも満席。案内できるのが21:30との事。2時間近く待つのは無い。という事で断念し、以前訪れた時に休みだったR&Bさんに行ってみることに。
階段を上がり窓から店内を除いてみると、意外にガラガラ。店内はとても洒落た感じで、ワインの店の様。とてもラーメンが食べられる雰囲気はない。
と思いながら店内に入りカウンターに座る。
まずはビールを飲みつつつぎのあてを物色。
スモークチキン 300円
ちょっとパサつくが、まぁ仕方がない。スモークは程よくしつこくなくていい。
小エビのアヒージョ450円
ニンニクの香りとオイルのコク。海老が少ないが値段からすると贅沢は言えない。うまい！
そして最後にラーメンを注文する。
メニューを見ながら聞いてみると、昼と夜ではラーメンが違うとの事。
夜のあっさり醤油というのにするか迷うが、店の人が、コスパがいいからオススメだよ！というのに従いオーダー。
出てきたラーメンは、シンプルな出で立ちで、スープは塩に近い醤油。かなりあっさりしていて薄いと思うほどだが、塩分やコクはちゃんとある。
麺は細麺ストレートで、小麦粉っぽさを感じる博多ラーメンの様な食感。
結構油分が強く、ちょっと薄いのではと思いながらも、でもコクを感じるのは油の影響も大きいのだろう。
とてもしっかり作っている感じがあり、バーの一品とは思えないレベル。
なんか薄いなと薄いなと何度もスープを確かめつつ、また飲んでしまうところが実はこのスープはすごい。
これなら他のラーメンも食べてみないとと思わせる。
全体的にリーズナブルな価格設定で軽くのみながらの〆には良い。
