夜に訪問。
場所は関内駅を出て直ぐにある商業施設
「セルテ」の裏の通り沿いにあります。
店内に入ると以前はBARタイムが
あったお店だけあってかなりムーディー。
（今はBARの営業はやってない）
だから凄く雰囲気がいいのに、
お客さんが居ないのが逆に不思議な感じ。
食べたのは、
ジェノベーゼ 990円
このお店自体は、
淡麗系のラーメンが有名なお店らしいけど、
メニューにあったジェノベーゼの
ラーメンから目が離せなくなって
こちらを注文してみたw
で、まずどんぶりが運ばれてくると
バジルの風味がフワッと香ってきて
しっかりジェノベーゼしてる！！！
スープも鶏ガラスープとバジルが
いいバランスで配合されてて変じゃない！
そして麺も中太のモチモチな麺だから
ちょっとパスタっぽくもあって美味しい。
トッピングはサーモン、小エビ、
生ハムにヤングコーン、フレッシュバジル、
そしてモッツァレアチーズが入ってて、
もう、、、、、イタリアン！！！
ラーメンだけど、
本格的なイタリアンを食べてるような
錯覚に陥る…
いわば、、、
純粋な日本人なのにハーフぽさ全開な
「小松菜奈」的な感じのラーメン。
ほんと、良いとこ取りなやつ！！笑
そんな感じで、このお店は
平日の夜とはいえ、
こんなにレベルが高いのに
お客さんが入ってないのが
不思議なお店だった。
量は少ないけど
創意工夫に溢れてて美味しいラーメンが
食べたいって人には向いてると思う！
