かき揚げそば
持ち帰りでカツ丼と天丼
と伝えている間にかき揚げそば完成して
目の前に出されました。
一瞬ここほ食べて良いエリアか迷い、
念の為仕切りのあるテーブルへ移動。
おそらくお店の方は年長者男性が4名、女性の声も聞こえました。ひっきりなしにやってくるお客さんに、静かに正確に対応していました。
かき揚げそば
人参、ネギなどを細く切った野菜のかき揚げ。
あっという間に下半分がつゆをたっぷり吸って持ち上げようとするとほどけてお箸からスルスルと逃げていきます。
つゆに広がった揚げ玉様の元かき揚げをそばに絡めて啜り上げると、濃く甘いおつゆの味が口中に広がり、やや太めやや硬めの野生的な蕎麦とトゥルントゥルンのかき揚げの食感。
甘、硬、滑の三重奏です。
食べログを見なければ一生素通りだったお店の中に、こんな楽しみが隠れていたなんて！
近隣のお勤め人方に独り占めさせておけのは惜しい！
でも、今のままのおおらかな雰囲気は変わらないでほしい。
