夕飯のお店に迷う。
30分ウロウロ歩いてこちらのお店にすることに。
外からお店の様子を伺っている時には先客なしでしたが、ちょうど1組のカップルしかも現地の人らしき2人が入店。私も一緒に入店。
注文したのは
•温かい台湾豆腐の特製醤油たれかけ
•鶏肉と酢漬け白菜のスープ
•バーソウ飯（豚挽肉の醤油煮かけご飯）

燻製した豆腐？周りが茶色いです。
豆腐よりもモチっとした食感。
甘辛いタレ。
ネギと食べると美味しい。
鶏肉と酢漬け白菜のスープ
スープの量たっぷり！
酢漬けにした細切りの白菜がたっぷり。
生からしっかり塩と酢漬けにしたからかな、
まるでキャベツの様なシャキシャキ食感。
最初キャベツかと思いました。
酸味と塩味強くて味濃いです。
胡椒もしっかり。生姜とニンニクの風味も後から
フワリ。
これは美味しい。クセになる。
塩分過多と思いつつ、病みつきになるスープ。
バーソウ飯（豚挽肉の醤油煮かけご飯）
豚ひき肉を甘辛くて煮たものがご飯の上に乗って
ます。これも味濃くて旨し。
ソースや味噌も入っているのかな。
非常に味に甘味とコクとまろやかさがあります。
これもクセになる。
思い切って入ったら当たりでした。
台湾料理奥が深し。
